ALL SALES OF PHYSICAL ITEMS ARE FINAL! ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS, WITH ONE EXCEPTION. IF AN ERROR IS MADE ON OUR END AND THE AVAILABILITY OF A PRODUCT BECOMES UNAVAILABLE THEN THE CUSTOMER SHALL RECEIVE A REFUND.
Unfortunately, Hyped Soles™ cannot cover or refund the price of return shipping. We can only refund the cost of merchandise (fees may apply).
AUTO CHECKOUT SERVICES
We do not offer refunds on completed orders that have shipped to you, once we complete the service on our end you will be charged, even if you wanted to cancel or return the item to the retailer.
Please make sure you would like the item before you order, as once we secure your order with us, it will be fulfilled. Once you purchase a securing service with us it will not be refunded/cancelled unless failed on release day as we import orders as we receive them. So please make sure you have the sufficient funds beforehand.
