WHAT IS THE AUTO-CHECKOUT SERVICE OFFERED BY HYPED SOLES?

The Auto-Checkout service offered by Hyped Soles™ is a new way of getting limited products which avoids the usual stress experienced on release day. We are using automated systems to purchase the shoe on your behalf using the details you provided. 

 
AM I BUYING THE PHYSICAL ITEM FROM YOU ?

No, we are providing an automated service which will purchase the item for you at retail price from the suppliers below. 

 
WHERE ARE THE ITEMS COMING FROM ?

The items are coming from supremenewyork.com, kith.com, footlocker.com, eastbay.com, champssports.com, footaction.com, finishline.com, yeezysupply.com, adidas.com and more.

 
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ?

Auto-Checkout fee(s) will vary depending different factors at our sole discretion. Our fee does not include the retail cost of the item. You will pay our Auto-Checkout fee plus the retail price of the item in your country currency. 

 
WHEN ARE YOU CHARGING ME ?

From the day you place your order to the day we successfully secure your order, there will only be a pending/pre-authorized charge on your credit card. Auto-Checkout fee will be charged on the day of release only if your order was secured. If we haven't, the charge will lift off and you won't be charged.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I KNOW THAT MY ITEM HAS BEEN SECURED ?

You will know on the release day, usually by receiving email confirmations from the retailers and we will also send another email confirmation with your supplier order details (tracking link, order number, order status) hours after the main drops.  

 
MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN SECURED, HOW DO I CLAIM A REFUND ?

Refunds are automatic, with this in mind, there is no need to claim for it. If your order hasn't been secured, the charge will be removed and returned to your account within 1-10 business days. 

 
 
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

We do not accept cancels as all saes are final.

 
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER, AND CAN I GET A REFUND ?

Once we have done our part, you will have to handle all return/refund inquiries with the supplier providing you the item. We do not offer refunds on pre-order fee if you decide to return your item.
